I called 2 other roofers who agreed to come out to look at it, but they never showed up. They left us with a tarp over the hole in our roof for weeks. Trent was great on the phone and was able to quickly stop by for an inspection and estimate. He took this time and listened to what my specific needs were. The price was fair and I felt I was getting a great value. The crew showed up on time and stayed focused for the day and a half it took to finish the job. They upgraded the materials as I requested, did an excellent job, and cleaned up at the end of each day. They even used a magnet to find any stray nails.
